Where our emails come from
We only send from addresses ending in:
- @journeypal.app
- @tryjourneypal.app
- @tryjourneypal.com
The subject is usually "Audio guides and translations for" followed by your organisation's name.
Who we are
Journey Pal is the easiest way to produce and distribute translated audio and text for visitors. Museums email Journey Pal the exhibit or museum information they wish to share, and Journey Pal returns them QR codes which visitors can scan.
We write to museums, galleries and visitor attractions at the contact addresses they publish on their own websites.
What we never do
We never ask for payment details, passwords or logins by email. The only attachments we send are example images of Journey Pal in use.
Stopping the emails
Reply and let us know, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We follow up a few times at most, and stop as soon as you reply.
